This one is for the Men.
In March 2025, I will have the honour of facilitating a Men’s Mental Health Retreat.
We will be staying in Snowdonia in a beautiful Mountain Lodge and using the local area to have a big reset.
The big reason for this event is that sadly, too many men are dying from suicide.
So we are giving men a chance to come together in a sacred space. A judgment free zone.
We will have sharing circles and everyone will have the opportunity to be heard.
There will be activities such as hiking and wild water swimming to connect with nature and feel it’s powerful healing effects.
Breathwork sessions and group meditations to help you quieten the mind and calm your spirit.
You can enjoy reiki sessions to give you an energy cleanse and balance your chakras.
You can think of this retreat as a big reset if you want.
A chanced to reflect on the past and also map out your future.
To make new connections and take inspiration for the surroundings and the other group members.
This is a 3 day / 2 nights full board accommodation including all activities, food and therapies.
